• Assist the Head of People Learning & Development in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure the training & development program is effectively and efficiently designed to satisfy the learning expectations of employees and the business objectives. • Manage Annual Training & Development calendar to ensure that the training and development plan is followed, monitored and completed in an effective, efficient and timely manner with positive impact on staff development and business growth. • Facilitate basic training programs • Make available learning opportunities to employees suiting individual and professional development needs. • Liaise and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to execute Training and Development Program. • Monitor Training Dashboard regularly to ensure the achievement of the training plan and target. • Make assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance. • Establish and maintain partnerships with various functional business partners to identify and satisfy business objectives. • Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business administration • At least 3 years’ experience in people learning & development, communication skill, potential to grow, result-oriented, passion to learn, and hard-working • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; any HR system exposure is a plus asset • Well-organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task • Good interpersonal and presentation skills. • Strong knowledge of adult learning concepts and effective approaches for facilitating learning • Strong knowledge in training needs analysis, program and curriculum development, training delivery and training evaluation methods We offer an attractive remuneration package to the successful candidates.
