• Source quality talents to fill in vacancies as per timeline • Strategise and execute employer’s branding campaigns/initiatives to expand pools of talent • Provide administrative supports for talent acquisition function including overseeing onboarding process, job announcement, recruitment system management etc. • Liaise with external contacts to keep AIA relevance both online and offline • Act as ambassador to project AIA brand as employer of choice
