• Recruit, manage & develop trainers. • Develop training material including the contents, activities and schedule that are suited to all levels of management. • Review existing training materials to ensure adequacy. • Ensure all sales staff meets regulatory requirements (internal & external). • Monitor training effectiveness and give feedback to the management/team in order to improve training delivery. • Develop training needs analysis to determine possible new or refresher training. • Work with bank partner to determine training needs of the sales staff. • Oversee onsite training responsibilities. • Ensure timely delivery of training reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field. • At least 5 years of experience in related field, preferably in the areas of training, coaching, team-building in banking/insurance industry would be an advantage. • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Good listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills We offer an attractive remuneration package to the successful candidates.
