Jobs Description

• Supervise office service management including property maintenance and office supplies to ensure clean and functioning office for staff • Work with various stakeholders including building management team and security service provider to maintain overall safety and security management • Liaise with other stake holders on fit-out project planning, working spaces feasibility study and utilization analysis for better executions • Work with real estate agencies on service agreement, office rental, site inspection and assessment to reach safety and security standard • Work with other stakeholders to provide market rental opinions and options for management of the company • Supervise purchasing and fixed-asset management including automobile, communication devices, office equipment and supplies etc. • Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in General management, Architect, Engineering or related disciplines • Three-year working experiences in building design, safety & security, office equipment management or related fields • Having innovative and cost efficiency mindset • Familiar with maintenance services and space rental contract management • Committed to travel provinces • Good command of design/drawing & editing applications (Auto-cad, Editor) • Good at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Passionate to work under pressure • Good communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills • Experience in stakeholder management • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Result-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy. * We offer an attractive remuneration package to the successful candidates.
