•Prepare and update invoices to post into accounting system. •Scan invoices with supporting documents to Shared Service Centre. •Prepare PV (Payment Voucher & Petty Cash). •Prepare check & cash for management authorization. •Settle payment with supplier based on credit term as basis. •Work with credit control agent and have daily checking on cash sale & collection report for parking in SAP. •Prepare cash count sheet at the end of month with custodian. •Assist in month end reporting procedures. •Perform any other tasks as assigned when required.
