- Planning, prioritizing and purchasing of products/services for the entire organization. - Obtaining quotations from suppliers prior to purchase and continuously conduct price negotiations with suppliers/vendors to find best deal. - Follow-up, monitor and ensure timely and correct delivery of purchased items. - Prepared an advance request of buying office supply, material, Equipment for admin team. - Prepare a voucher for payment to a supplier with accounting team. - Coordinate and manage all purchasing activities assigned by Manager - Be responsible for the materials, inventory and assets of the administration. - Provide daily office administration support - Any other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

- University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related field - At least 2-3 years working experience in purchasing field, - Good common in English (Speak/Write) - Computer literate: Ms. Office, Email and Internet - Good at price negotiation and interpersonal still - Be honest and responsible toward the job - Ability to work with team & managerial skill.
