- Welcome visitors and run the required assessments - Support youth and caretakers during the job placement and small business set up process, through Career Counseling sessions and employment support. - Create and maintain a professional, accessible space, interesting to youth, caretakers and employers. - Build and expand a safe employment network for job placement, apprenticeship and workshops and collaborate with them. - Organize and monitor apprenticeship and job placements. - Develop and deliver short training courses and workshops in job readiness related topics. - Ensure follow up system with companies to check company satisfaction with beneficiaries - Communicate effectively with, and work alongside key partners.

- Bachelor Degree of relevant field is proffered - At least one year experiences working in similar duties as required by this position. - Excellent written and spoken English - Good computer literacy in Ms. Office, emails, database etc.  - Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, be flexible, honest MT is an equal opportunity employer and jobs will be awarded to the applicants best for this position.
