- The Front Office Manager is responsible to manage all aspects of Guest experience such as reservations, arrivals, departures, special needs, and follow-up. - Variable from shift to shift, according to Hotel activities - Report to General Manager - Work with Receptionists, driver, Housekeeping manager, reservations, sales - Check in/Check out procedures
