- To contribute to the goal of zero accidents throughout the whole construction period, by proper implementation of a strict safety supervision program at the site and by supporting the Safety and Environment Manager in promoting plans of continuous improvement of safety culture and behaviors. - Implement a strong process of monitoring and recording OH&S findings and behaviors at site to be used as an instrument to correct deviations and promote continuous improvement - To identify unsafe conditions and behaviors, promptly intervene in order to correct them, provide the necessary explanation to the affected workers and record/document the unsafe conditions and behaviors. - To prepare statistical report of the most frequent causes of unsafe conditions and behaviors in order to propose proper corrective action plan

- University degree in any related fields - Certified OH&S specialist is preferable - Be flexible and tough in enforcing compliance with safety rules - Have good interpersonal skills - At least 3 to 5 years of experience as safety specialist for large construction projects, preferable Power or Energy / Petrochemical sector either with Western main contractors or in Western main construction sites - Fluent English / Expert in OH&S process and practice Working time: 7:30AM ～ 17:00PM Working day: Mon to Sat (Saturday half day) Holiday: Sun / National holiday Salary: $ 800 ～ $ 1200 **Benefit: Transportation, Insurance/ Health ( Medical Check), Cover Health Sick 24/7, Attendance bonus $10/3 months, Performance yearly, Company Bonus 150% up, Sick leave.
