JOB DESCRIPTIONS - Coordinating meetings and appointments and locking them to CEO’s calendar; - Liaising with potential clients and/or and investors as assigned by CEO; - Following up with tasks assigned by CEO; - Communicating with general staff and managers on matters related to the day-to-day operations of the company; - Drafting plans and reports on the company’s operation for CEO; - Supporting CEO on his plans and strategies for the company; and - Handling general administrative work of the company and other tasks as assigned by CEO.
