JOB DESCRIPTIONS - Building up team for the company’s business operations in Siem Reap; - Supporting teammates to implement company’s strategic plans; - Overseeing the day-to-day operation in the office to ensure quality service; - Set targets and support sales team to ensure that they do their work correctly; - Coordinating the implementations of strategic and tactical plans between Head Quarter and Siem Reap office.

- Having at least 2 years’ experience in management position; - Possessing excellent leadership qualities; - Holding Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, hospitality or related fields; - Ability to use English proficiently (Chinese is an advantage); - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; - Ability to handle high-pressured situations effectively; and - Ability to understand and use technology-related applications effectively.
