- Collecting, storing and analyzing data on properties for rent and sale on and off the markets; - Collecting, storing and analyzing trends, prices of real estate development projects that are on and off the market; - Conducting feasibility studies and market trends analysis of real estate development projects; - Collecting, storing and analyzing customers and prospects data to produce a report on customer behaviors; - Overseeing the data collection and storing process of the collectors; and - Working with other departments to ensure that the data of the company is securely stored.

- Having at least 2 years’ experience in data management and analysis; - Having good understanding of property markets is an advantage; - Ability to write excellent English; - Holding degree in management, information technology or related field; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; - Ability to handle high-pressured situations effectively; and - Ability to understand and use technology-related applications effectively.
