• Vendor Development and Management • Supply Chain and material Management • Purchase & Procurement of Material • Process the purchase orders by liaising with the suppliers and stakeholders • Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders • Ensure all stakeholders and/or suppliers pertaining to queries about order status, changes or cancellations are responded • Track both the movement of raw materials and subcontracted goods sent to the subcontractor and the reconciliation of inventory • Record all transactions and periodically conduct analysis • Developing and maintaining relationships with (potential) vendors • Assure timely delivery of ordered goods and/or services. • Assist purchasing manager in developing and negotiating supplier contracts.

• Bachelor degree in any related fileds • A self-starter with a sound experience in similar role • Ability to take responsibility, prioritize work, anticipate and plan ahead and possess a sense of urgency, with particular attention to the invoicing system. • Knowledge in computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft office . • High degree of personal confidence and professional presentation. • Proven experiences work in purchasing or related field in similar industry ** Other Benefit • Monthly incentive up to 3 times of salary • Accident & Hospital Insurance • Internal & External Training • 13th Month Bonus • Competitive compensation
