Area Sales Executive - 5 position based in Phnom Penh - 3 positions based in Kandal - 1 position based in Kampong Speu - 1 position based in Kep - 1 position based in Koh Kong - 1 position based in Ouddor Meanchhey - 1 positions based in Bantey Meanchhey - 1 position based in Pailin - 1 position based in Kampong Cham - 1 position based in Thbong Khmum Roles & Responsibilities: - Ensure Volume Delivery to support territory in charge and area volume target plan; - Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility and customer price of products are achieved for the territory/province; - Execute the marketing activities within the territory/province to meet customers and consumer’s objective as described in the cycle plan to excellence level; - Ensure stock freshness through FIFO methodology; - Ensure New and old PMM well managed in term of deployment and record; - Educate customers if necessary, providing required material and instructions; - Manage and build close business relationship with key customers in the assigned territory/province; - Negotiate retail touchpoints (i.e. positioning, visibility, investment) based on communication strategy following guidelines set by company plan; - Propose goals and KPIs for the programmes implemented in the territory/Province and track ongoing results and report to line manager; - Provide data and maintain accurate records on both Daun Penh Tada Bokor and Competitor’s market information, updated Outlet list, market size and distribution performance to guarantee that Area Manager is fully informed on time in full; - Manage all assigned funds, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner to maximise the use of allocated assets such as Space rental, WS discount, PMM, Vehicle, Laptop etc..; - Monitor brand’s performance in the outlets (Daun Penh Tada Bokor’s and competitors’); - Gather/ provide ideas on how to develop retail touchpoints; and - Execute/visit night open outlets (HoReCa for territory where we don’t have Channel executive) in assigned territory/provinces.

Jobs Requirement
