Jobs Description

•New staff orientation and induction, implementing On-Boarding Program, follow up the probation assessment from line manager, confirmation to employee and KPI setting •Handle attendant, overtime, absence and take oversee on staff transportation •Work closely with line manager to review/update the Job description and manpower need/ recruit for NML (align with recruitment team). •Internal movement/succession planning •Coordination on the other training related: OJT, Technical training and EVE, corporate training,etc. •Employee event organizing •Compensation and benefit: insurance claim, NSSF, pension fund,.etc, but not handle payroll. •Employee concern •Communicate any HR polices/procedure sharing to employees at the plant •Inspect on contractor to make sure they comply with the labor law. •Deal with provincial labor department.

Jobs Requirement

•Minimum 2 years working experience with HR filed •Knowledge of labour laws, trade union, compensation management, project management, job analysis, job design, job description development, org. chart •Experiences in organizing and delivering trainings
