•Assist the Head of Security in planning, developing and maintaining the Security Strategy, including the development and implementation of Security Policies, Procedures and Communication plans. •Assist and coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms •Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards •Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events •Prepare and measure Key Performance Indicators for all security operations to measure the performance of the outsourced security provider •Assist to control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses •To assist create reports for management on security status •Review reports on incidents and breaches •Assist in investigations into any fraud, loss, damage or other incidents affecting CMIC-TMP property, specimens, visitors or staff •Investigate and resolve issues

•5 or more years of experience in job with similar responsibilities •Microsoft office Program •Good English
