Responsibilities: 1.To determine the most effective ways to use the basic factors of manpower, machines, materials, information, and energy—to make a product. 2.To study brand handbook and understand each brand’s processes, T&A and product quality and safety requirement. 3.To study the product, quality engineered the most efficient way (SMV) to make the product, timely to support costing team to secure order and continue to make improvement to cycle time for bulk production. 4.To manage the 7S in the workplace, workstations, equipment, machineries and tools) 5.To put in place Successor and Mentoring Plan. Requirements: •Apparel diploma, GSD or AMSD practicing •Fluent and able to write in English or mandarin •At least 5 years as IE •Good communication skill. •Able to work under pressure.

Duties: 1.To report to Technical Manager. 2.To inform and apply leave in advance. 3.To attend daily goal setting meeting. 4.To implement 7S workplace, workstations, machineries, tools and equipment. 5.To work with Merchandiser to clarify details stated in customer's tech pack and Sample Request Form, study product critical paths & operations and write clear call-out in EZI-ERP for PD team to execute the product base on •Use most effective and efficient cutting processes (fabric handling, fabric relax, spread, cut) to produce right first time perfect cut-piece. •Use most effective and efficient sewing & finishing methodology to engineer the use of machinery, attachment, guide, template to produce right first time quality garment. •Use most effective and efficient pick & pack methodology to pick & pack product to ship to destinations, right first time without error. •Work with supplier to use most effective and efficient way to execute Embellishment (Print & Embroidery) and Wet & dry processes to produce right first time product. 6.To call for Product development meeting with MR, Technical Manager and supplier if needed to review product critical paths & operations. 7.To follow agreed product execution methodology, prepare product cycle time by applying, AMSD code to each operation sequence (Cutting SAM, Sewing SMV, Finishing SMV and Pick & pack SAM). To save according to customer, season and style number in AMSD server and print a copy and place it in PD envelope. 8.To prepare thread consumption in Apparel EZI-ERP. 9.To handle complicated pattern & sewing construction by cut & sew trial or mockup sample, take video when sewing trial or mockup sample, apply AMSD code to study time & motion to finalize the sewing methodology. 10.IE received the MI with final approved comments; amend the methodology in AMSD accordingly, write call-out in EZI-ERP, updated AMSD for the factory use.
