1. Preparing the guest personalized itinerary. 2. Servicing all guest requirements and be a source of information on guest activities, experiences and food & beverage. 3. Liaising with all departments to ensure high standards of service to guests is delivered. 4. Overseeing daily guest communication. 5. Upholding the company beliefs and Brand DNA at all times. 6. Maintaining an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guest, management and staff.

Jobs Requirement

1. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in hospitality. 2. Dynamic personality. 3. Excellent Communicator. 4. Excellent English skills and Mandarin skills. Working time: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM Holiday: Sun / National holiday Salary: $300 ~ $400 **Medical Insurance 1. Infinity Health Insurance (Cambodian) ‐ Full coverage after 3 months of successful probation completion. Outpatient services not included. 2. Access to the Resident Resort Doctor and facilities Additional benefits 1. Salary + service charge 2. 3-months probationary period 3. 2 years contract 4. Service Charge – minimum guarantee of $100 per month, more in high season 5. KHMER New Year bonus – Cambodians only 6. Annual leave 18 days 7. Public holiday 27 days = total of 45 days per calendar year (pro‐rated based upon start date) 8. Emergency Leave – 3days 9. Health Insurance – Inpatient treatment.
