- Keep update real estate knowledge and marketing - Make a cold calling to target clients and have a face to face meeting - Build good relationship with clients - Have an ability to convince clients and make business deal - Identify client’s need and offer the best solution - Be a mediator between sellers and buyers - Can work inside and outside office - Other tasks as assigned by manager

- Bachelor Degree or Higher in related field - Experienced in sale at least 2 years - Language: Chinese and English are preferred - Responsibility: Honest, Flexible, Hardworking, Innovation, Team Work - Skilled in using social media (Email, facebook, whatsapp, telegram, line….) - Working hour: 8h/day and 6days/week Advantages - Earn up to USD3000 per month (Basic pay plus incentive and commission) - High Incentive
