Jobs Description

• Provide secretarial assistance to Head of Sales, Sales Managers producing letters, memos, reports, filing; and general administration for the sales department. • Facilitate the contract signing process with the customers • Checking and make sure the prices and customers sales contracts are up to date. • Supporting the sales force with general operation to help reach the team’s objectives. • Taking phone call from customers and responding to emails • Communicating internally important feedback from customer • Other tasks assigned by manager

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Sales & Marketing or any related fields • 1 year experience in administrative and sales background • Ability to prioritize work and complete under deadline • Knowledge of English and Ms. Office skill • Strong communication and interpersonal skill • Honesty, hardworking and team player
