** Technical Marketing Director (Cambodian Male: 1 position) ** Key Knowledge and Experience: - BBA or Master Degree of Agro + Marketing - At least 5-year successful experiences in agrochemicals trading - Full knowledge on agrochemical products in general (national and international) - Full capacity in dealing with international suppliers and able to deeply discuss with agricultural expert teams. - Expert to deal with agrochemical field with sales team, wholesaler, & agency’s sales, agriculture communities etc. - Challenge in working in the field with sales teams, clients, farmers, technical producers, farmer communities etc. - Skillful in data collection, data analyzing and data monitoring for win-win sale strategies - Good at marketing plan, strategies, implementations and achievements in this particular business - Good in leading skill to get success with long term goals for agriculture business - Good behavior to deal with, management teams, clients, sales teams, farmers, technical producers, farmer communities, government officers etc. - Fully understand about the current and future market situation of agrochemicals and fertilizers business - Conduct your good self to work with colleagues and other relevant teams - Able to form the strong and successful sale and technical teams of the above business in the long run. - Good knowledge on financial management to run the business in the successful manner. - Good personality: honest, hardworking, developing, motivation, high responsibility, long vision etc.
