** Key Knowledge and Experience: - BBA, Accounting or Relevant Certificates - Good knowledge on accounting skill and financial relevancies - At least 3-year experiences in accounting skill and financial relevancies - Good at dealing with sales teams, wholesalers, agency’s sales to smoothly follow up and achieve cash collections set by the company’s financial department - Willing to intensively work in the field with sales teams, clients, farmer communities, technical agro-producer and other relevant customers. - Follow up closely with our sale teams, clients, and other customers who purchasing our products. - Fully understand on how to make the reliable and concrete report to management teams and financial department. - Completely understanding the court cases and solving successfully if the paying problems would be happened between company and money owing customers - Good behavior to deal with financial department, sale teams, clients and any kind of our buyers to implement win-win strategies for all parties - Good personality: honest, hardworking, developing, motivation, high responsibility, long vision etc.
