Jobs Description

1. General Management on Administration and Financial management for Maintenance and Engineer Department. Main Activities - Responsible for the day to day management of assigned remit, covering a range of activities including pre and post inspections, Technical management, health and safety and performance management. - To directly manage 6 trades’ staff and 3 outsources maintenance staff, working closely with co-ordinators, other colleagues and customers to ensure an excellent and efficient customer focused service is provided 24/7. - To manage all remit project to office documentation, data recording and individual and team task box items to ensure the smooth transfer of workload, productivity and efficiency of the remit. - To assist in the production and accountability of all associated KPI, scorecard and associated trend and outcome reporting and budget management - Manage and prepare of Maintenance and Improvement Plans - Manage and prepare budgets plan and forecasting budget and financial reports for capital expenditure and operation expenditure. - Manage and establish preventative maintenance schedules and manage on corrective maintenance and work order requisition. - Planning Organizing Controlling and Monitoring on Capex and Opex project. - Recommend the purchase of goods and equipment to procurement for facilitate on purchasing and avoid of mistake. - Ensure records are maintained by hard copy and soft copy. 2. Manage on Civil Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing maintaining and repairing for Building. Main Activities - Manage and conduct inspections of public and apartment units for preventive maintenance and needed services and repairs. - Manage of the coordination for emergency and regular repairs and coordinate repairs to buildings. - Manage on maintain fire protection systems and equipment - Manage on maintenance and repairs to structural, mechanical and electrical systems - Manage on maintenance and repairs of ventilation systems, pumps, MVAC, Fire Alarm, Security System, Fire Fighting, Generator… - Manage on maintenance and repairs of building interiors and exteriors - Manage on maintenance and repairs of finishing, ceilings, flooring and roofing - Manage and follow up contractor - Manage and check maintenance schedule - Manage and check health and safety work for staff, contractor, tenant… - Manage on maintenance and repairs to appliances including stoves, refrigerators and washing machines… 3. Manage maintenance staff in order to ensure a positive and healthy work environment Main Activities - Evaluate, train and develop staff - Provide leadership, guidance and counselling to staff - Promote staff morale and workplace safety - Assign tasks and ensure schedules are maintained - Adjust tasks to meet staff capabilities - Provide opportunities for training - Ensure work place safety is practiced - Supervise staff and delegate responsibilities - Take corrective action when required
