- Ensure all accounting and finance tasks are completed in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and in compliance with local tax laws and regulations - Responsible for timely preparation and presentation of quarterly and annual financial reports to senior management to properly reflect the financial position - Provide a consistent and stable voice of good judgment to ensure the adherence of all accounting practices, local rules and regulations and business conduct - Prepare annual operating and capital budgets - Review general ledger journal entries, as required - Reconcile accounts monthly / quarterly - Manage customer invoicing (A/R) and vendor payments (A/P) - Assist in strategic planning and organizational accountability - Manage working capital requirements, including cash and debt facilities - Manage business risks, insurance, taxes, legal, etc. - Responsible for departmental policies and procedures

- Minimum Bachelors in Accounting and/or Finance (CPA, ACCA or MBA desirable) - 5 years+ direct related experience with IFRS - Excellent computer skills with proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel - ERP experience desirable - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese is preferred but not required. - Possess outstanding leadership, planning, and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to (i) grow professionally and take on ever-increasing responsibilities at a fast pace and (ii) simultaneously manage multiple priorities and projects - Possess a dedicated work ethic and a personality that fits well within a hard working teamoriented management environment **This is a full-time position based out of Phnom Penh, Cambodia and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
