Responsbilities: 负责家电产品销售和渠道开发，完成指标。 - Make a cold calling to target clients and have a face to face meeting - Manage own time and schedule - Create and maintain leads to achieve targets - Conduct CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) - Build good relationship with clients - Have an ability to convince clients and make business deal - Identify client’s need and offer the best solution - Be a mediator between sellers and buyers - Can work inside and outside office - Keep update real estate knowledge and market - Other tasks as assigned by manager
