- Determines annual sales by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trend & result - Establish sales objective, sales forecast, sales quotas, for sales team - Make sales proposal and implement sales programs by developing sales field action plan. Negotiation and building relationship with clients. - Finding new clients and develop sales plan with existing client to for them to buy more - Establish & adjust selling prices by monitoring cost, competition, demand and supply. Also manage sales commission for the team. - Training, coaching sales team and appraising sales job result - Building strong networks, attending events or educational workshops, to increase business opportunities. - Review, control and analysis CRM system to inculcate sales strategy.
