● Initiate, own and implement projects around the company’s key initiatives from start to finish with support from managers and peers. ● Be able to effectively bridge the high-level regional strategy and local execution components. ● Use quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive decisions and make recommendations. ● Continue observing and analyzing the market and competitors and design strategies ● Recruit partners (drivers and other business partners), manage, monitors and review their productivity ● Act as focal point to communicate between company and agents/partners ● Communicate and disseminate key information and company directions to the agents/partners and garner feedbacks for effective decision-making ● Manage morale and expectations of the agents/partners to ensure that they remain productive & competitive ● Rapidly execute on those recommendations until customers are satisfied ● Continuously understand and incorporate customer needs ● Work across teams to engage partners and identify problems and gather requirements to run optimization projects ● Lead and manage the Siem Reap team members and contractors

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from top-tier institutions with a strong academic record ● Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and techniques (e.g. econometrics, A/B testing) ● Good English, communications and presentation ● 3 years of experience in a role that requires for business analysis or strategic thought ● 1 or 2 year experience in staff management ● Working in tech / start up companies will be a significant advantage ● Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint ● Willing to travel within Cambodia and SEA region. ● Good interpersonal, communication persuasive skills. ● Thrive in a team environment as well as being to work independently
