Resort General Manager Managing the day-to-day operations of Koh Andet Resort in Tatai/Koh Kong area which includes but is not limited to: managing and overseeing all resort staff, ensuring financial targets are met, further developing resort amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction. - Managing staff in the following areas: lobby, restaurant, housekeeping, tour, and kitchen - Hold regular briefings and meetings with resort staff - Act as ambassador for the resort - Lead all key property issues including customer service and refurbishment - Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures - Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded - Meet weekly with Owner to update and - Focus on development for staff to ensure career progression - Draw up plans and budgets as needed by Owner

Education and Experience - Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Hospitality-related degree preferred - Experience: 3 years of experience working in a hotel setting Skills and Abilities - Native English speaker - Some understanding of Khmer preferred - Great computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and QuickBook (or related program) - Ability to solve problems and think critically - Excellent management skills - Manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently Other Requirements - Willing to live at the resort full time - No criminal record
