Jobs Description

- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions - Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes - Work hand-in-hand with Management team and Head of Departments to analyze staff's performance - Develop all procedures which are relevant to Human Resource Management - Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conference with employees - Hearing and solving employee grievance; counseling employees and supervisors. - Maintain management guideline by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. - Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. - Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions whenever required. - Maintain employee benefit programs and informs employees of benefit by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and educational programs on benefit programs. - Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor law requirements by government; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. - Ensure smooth operation daily such as security, cleaner, parking service , safety - Create challenging and team environment - Oversees and facilitates resources management and administration procedures and documentation - Lead subordinator fix, maintain, organized facility as schedule assigned - Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events; coordinates and attends committee meetings, and participates in committee discussions, as appropriate - Attend all meeting required by the organization - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report to subordinator - Performs other duties as may be required or assigned by executive.

Jobs Requirement

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management/ Business Administration/Human Resources - A minimum of 5 years working experiences as HR Manager - Proven to work independent, less supervision and be able to work under pressure - Quick learner, dynamic, team spirit and flexible - Strong leadership, creative with innovation - Strong analytical and project management skills - Confident and dynamic personality - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent Problem analysis and solving skills - Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively - Good English communication skills - Skillful in Basic computer and Microsoft Office Selected candidates will get coupon card for Food , free accommodation, free laundry, children allowance)
