Jobs Description

-Maintain a resident database of personal information of all residents at the apartments. -Manage residents' needs which includes: listening to problems, guiding residents to the appropriate administrative staff to handle unique concerns, mediate resident to resident conflicts, and create and conduct reports when residents violate the policy. - Answer and direct calls from customers, meeting their needs and directing them to the proper forms, service. - Performed healthy and safety inspection. - Organized residents' files, obtained required paperwork missing from files. - Scheduled check in and check out appointments for new and leaving residents from the apartments as well as assist other managers with check in and check out appointments when resident needs conflicted with manager's availability. - Attend training and manager meetings for updates to Apartments staff. - Collaborated with on duty officers during midnight duty calls during quiet hours.

Jobs Requirement

- College education preferred. 1 to 2 years retail management experience required. - Basic computer skills required. - Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events as needed. - Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task. - This position will require frequent standing and use of hands and arms. - Frequently required to use hand and finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms. - Must be able to adjust vision to both day and night lighting, and be able to focus on distant and close-range projects. Regularly required to handle food, hot beverages, and work with sharp objects. - Must be able to verbally communicate and be able to understand (read and write) English.
