ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Plans, organizes, and implements a maintenance program for the property. 2. Obtains and uses proper equipments for the various maintenance and repairing activities required to maintain all property systems. 3. Uses appropriate checklists to perform scheduled inspections of all guest rooms and public areas. 4. Reports to the Chief Engineer about all hazards in all guest and employee areas. Advises and discusses all major repairs with Chief Engineer before calling a company to fix damaged items. 5. Repairs and maintains all interior and exterior furniture for loose screws, welding and joints. 6. Makes a weekly check of all light bulbs, replaces those which have burned out. 7. Directs a program of grouting around bathtubs, grab bars, and soap dishes in guest/public bathrooms. 8. Keeps all vacuum’s cleaner and housekeeping equipment in good operating condition. 9. Maintains all swimming equipment in proper working condition. Backwash and vacuums as needed, and maintains a proper pH condition of the water. Holds proper chlorine levels and other conditions to Health Department standards. 10. Follows schedule for maintaining all major drains and sewage lines to prevent stoppages. 11. Makes a list and specify the location of all electric power switches, resets, and circuit breakers. 12. Makes a list and specify the location of all shut-off valves and what they control. 13. Follows inspection and lubrication schedule for all motors and belts. 14. Follows condenser-cleaning schedule of refrigeration equipment. 15. Follows lubrication schedule on all water pumps. Check seals and replace as needed. 16. Follows schedule for cleaning and chemically treating the cooling tower. 17. Cleans and/or change all air filters on a regular basis. 18. Performs all other duties as may be required by Chief Engineer. 19. Ensures all electronic locks on guest room and public access doors are working properly. Must be able to change batteries in unit, and install new locking devices when necessary. 20. Responsible for update inventory 21. Schedule for maintaining air-conditioner 22. Update report to line management about defect and fixing status

Requirements: 1- Associate or bachelor degree in engineer or certificate equivalence 2- 1-2 years’ experience in hotel industry 3- Able communication in English or Chinese 4- Familiar with Microsoft office 5- Good knowledge with electric system, plumbing, fire safety equipment, air conditioner, wall and ceiling painting and some knowledge in concrete. 6- Willing to rotate shift
