Jobs Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Prepares weekly staffing schedules, monitors employee attendance and assists in planning work schedules. Maintains a Hotel logbook on incidents, complaints etc. Refers them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action. 2. Responsible for handling daily routine according to the standard operation procedure at all times while on duty. If unable to solve problem, report to the line manager in a timely manner. 3. When the Manager is not available, delegate to, supervise all employees within the department, and assist them in preparing work schedules. 4. Performs special duties as required by the Operation Manager 5. Immediately investigates the details of a case in accordance with operation procedure. Supervise the situation, and timely report. 6. Co-ordinates internal & external of security work. Frequently inspects hand-over within the Security Department. 7. Prepares various monthly reports as required by Operation Manager. 8. Frequently pays attention to security & safety within the hotel at all times. Provides feedback about the results to the manager in a timely manner. 9. Knows well fire emergency pre-plan. Be aware of responsibility in a fire disaster. 10. Arranges and adjusts departmental duty schedules according to the hotel business status. Guides the work of security accordingly. 11. Arranges security & safety work towards the special personage. 12. Establishes good relationship with departmental employee and hotel employee. 13. Pays attention to the confidentiality. 14. Assists in organizing regular departmental training for new employee. 15. Pays particular attention to courtesy, efficiency, service standards, grooming, diplomacy and actual job knowledge. 16. Spots check on employee work attendance. 17. Assists HR department in organizing the training 18. Attends regular meetings on a periodical basis. 19. Performs other related duties, and special projects as required by the Operation Manager.

Requirements: 1. 1-3 years’ experience with supervise level 2. Able to communicate English 3. Military preferably 4. Self-confident and good communication among team 5. Willing to work for long term
