ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Appraise Admin Manager and HR department of the day to day activities of the section • Arrange appointments and meetings for the Admin Manager and other Managers, recording same in diary and ensure the Admin Manager and other Managers have the appropriate documentation for each appointment • Attend meetings such as Department Heads Meeting, Executive Committee Meeting and others as directed by the line management. • Take minutes of attended meetings, accurately transcribe and circulate to appropriate personnel and summary properly report. • Draft official letters and routine correspondence • Assess of work and assist in organizing priority task assigned by manager • Maintain a filing and review all log-books • Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters • Assistant managers on the papers work as required • Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments • Interact with department and company staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two ways communication • Close working with all concerned departments • Work closely with housekeeping department to check cleaning status • Assisting maintenance department to make sure room ready for guest check in • Received of goods and verify to accurate • Maintains appropriate standards for dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture and conduct of personnel • Review and pass weekly/monthly attendance sheet, roster • Maintain current information to be able to provide information to guest or public announcement • Build and maintain positive relationships with all tenants in order to exceed their needs • Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and enforce these in your areas

Jobs Requirement

Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or fresh graduate in business and administrative or similar 2. 1-2 years’ experience 3. Familiar with Microsoft office 4. Good verbal communication English or Chinese preferable 5. Willing work for long term
