- Organize and develop the classroom to make sure it is attractive and professional - Manage and control the students - Handle English lessons eight hours a day - Take active role in assessing students' ability regularly - Design and monitor regular homework for students - Motivate inactive or slow-learning students to be more active - Ensure the qualities of teaching and learning - Diagnose learner’s needs and remedy where necessary - Be courteous to and approachable by students - Be knowledgeable about and abide by school policies and procedures

- Bachelor degree in education or related fields - Good English Language ability - Flexible and able to learn fast - Passionate about teaching children - Positive working attitude and able to work in teams - Of good and friendly personality - Willing to take on new challenges and to develop one’s self - Some teaching experience of teaching children is a good plus
