- Implement marketing strategy to achieve marketing and sales target - Develop marketing campaign and promotion, including advertising strategy and direct marketing activities to drive sales of products across all channels - Develop partnership with external stakeholders - Develop plan to acquire and retain customers through established partnership - Manage digital marketing campaigns, including the design of content, monitoring result of engagement/impression, analyze and prepare reports - Recommend products and marketing strategies - Bridge communication with marketing/adverting suppliers/vendor - Perform market and competitor analysis - Plan and manage marketing budget - Other tasks assigned by management

- At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent - At least 2 year experience in marketing and ability to lead team to carry on marketing projects - Proven experience in marketing/advertising activities, preferably marketing events/communication - Experience in financial sector is an advantage - Sound knowledge in design is a plus - Be creative, proactive and result-oriented - Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skill - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline - Excellent communication and interpersonal skill - Proficient in English and Khmer
