Job Summary: Store Manager will be responsible for managing the entire store operation specifically on store operation and staff management via task delegation, training staff, identifying the headcount in store, etc., by ensuring high product’s quality and high level of customer satisfaction. You also have to prepare and manage profit and loss of store, maintain safety and security within the store and ensure a strong work rapport and relationship with team from all working shifts following Brown Core Value, Mission and Vision. Main Responsibilities •Take an accountability for the effective store operation under his/her supervision •Assist and support Senior Store/Area Store Manager in sales target and profit maximization •Ensure the excellent customer service and quality of product delivering to customer •Do planning, staffing, organizing and monitoring in his/her store effectively •Control monthly/annually expense and giving ideas on budget forecasting analysis to top management •Assist and implement following the company strategy, projects, program or marketing activities within store •Improve staff performance and develop staff capacity •Key player for motivation of team or staff under his/her supervision •Coach and train Assistant Store Manager, Coach, Senior Barista, Barista, Barista Trainee •Other tasks assigned by direct manager

Jobs Requirement
