• Design pricing and risk analysis of new insurance products. • Monitor, manage and assess the risk of existing insurance products. • Provide product training when needed. • Conduct research and focus groups to identify customer needs and distribution preferences. • Prepare monthly insurance reports. • Prepare monthly commission. • Prepare financial reporting to the regulators. • Keep abreast of market trends, conduct competitive analyses and provide insight to the Management • Other task assigned by management.

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent • At least 2 year experience in product development • At least 2 year experience in insurance industry • Excellent in quantitative and qualitative analysis • Good teamwork, be proactive and result-oriented • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skill • Be able to work under pressure and tight deadline • Proficient in English and Khmer
