• Plan and manage all events e.g. AGM, client seminar, partner workshop, annual conference, public seminar, etc. • Implementation/management of event programs, invites and presentations • Organizing and liaising with event speakers • Management of logistics for events e.g. technical setup, travel, catering, promotional branding, décor, various costing/quotes, venues, etc. • General administration management for events, including RSVP, event reminders, attendance registers, printing and binding and circulation of documentation, surveys and event evaluation forms, collate responses and reports • Engagement with external event service providers • Support marketing and sales campaign particularly in event-based and communication projects • Other tasks assigned by management

• At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent • At least 1 year experience in marketing • Proven experience in event management • Proficient communication and interpersonal skill • Experience in financial and health care industry is an advantage • Be creative, proactive and result-oriented • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skill • Proficient in English and Khmer
