- Review the project schedule deliverable and estimate costs - Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations - Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors - Select tools, materials and equipment and monitor inventory - Review the work progress on daily basis - Prepare reports regarding job status - Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses - Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques - Other tasks - Strong Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

- Bachelor Degree in management or other related fields - Five years of experience in related field - Honest, motivated and hardworking - Excellent communication skill - Excellent interpersonal skills - Fluent in Chinese, English and Khmer - Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS project, excel, word and outlook
