• Complete new installation process according to SOP of new installation • Fast response in troubleshooting cased according to SOP of complaint handling • Provide key customer satisfaction • Implement special projects such as TIQ con, QC six sigma, Turnaround time evaluation in appropriated customer according to plan

• Certificate / Bachelor degree in engineering major • At least 1 year’s previous experience as engineer for engineering products (either equipment, consumable, or parts) with proven track record • Self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn different products • Excellent customer relations skills. Strong interpersonal and listening, communication, negotiation skills on a technical as well as on a business level • Proactive entrepreneurial mindset, persuasiveness, result oriented and good presentation skills • Good command in English • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
