* Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible to ensure the organization has optimal levels of stock by monitor the reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock and to avoid overstocks items. • Receive the request (mark and check date in and expire of product, by using FIFO method) and confirm receiving to airlines. • Perform regularly check physical count of inventory, reconciles actual stock count to Computer-generated reports and ability to resolve any discrepancies. • Provide and submit inventory reports to senior management. • Assist to set standard beverage cart and amenity with following up the checklist and report the return after service. Email immediately if something wrong while checking the return. • Drive continuous improvement on inventory process. • Implement corrective and preventive measures for inventory related concerns • Ensure all transactions are entered correctly and accurately into system • Receive order from site, place order to store keeper • Ensure orders are timely processed and delivered to site/clients • Monitor delivery time, stocks, back orders and goods on order • Prepare monthly Inventory report detailing inventory optimal stock level, Inventory volume, action plans, discrepancies, etc for submission to Superior & Management • Conduct monthly physical count for airlines and submit inventory report to airlines. • Prepare annual Inventory value report for submission to Account Department for Annual Closing Account. • Assist to do daily beverage report. • Assist in administrative duties as assigned • Assist in sourcing for new suppliers • Fulfill any other duties as and when assigned by the superior/Management

** Job Requirement: • High School/ Diploma Graduated or equivalent academic qualification, • At least 1 year of working experience in logistics/ manufacturing industry • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. • Able to carry heavy load • Willing to work under pressure and weekend • Basic computer skills required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Khmer a must.
