Phnom Penh (South) (01 Position) **Key Responsibilities: - Drives distribution channel - Identifies growth, profit and improved return opportunities - Manages and optimizes scratchcard, iload and SIM card distribution to improve market share - Reviews the territory management KPIs and take necessary actions to achieve the sales target - Trains subordinates, dealers and retail outlets to understand all cellcard products and services - Liaises and implement BTL marketing activities and maintaining quality - Ensures quality of customer operations, feedback to HO issues relating to customers - Coordinates with Engineering team regarding to network issue and performance and provide constructive feedback - Monitors competitors activities - Builds excellent relationship with our key dealers, outlets and local authorities - Performs other tasks as assigned by management
