- Develop monthly sales plans for assigned region in accordance with strategic sales plans - Train & lead key field support to ensure Distributors’effectiveness in retailing products - Coordinate with Sales Training team for developing annual training plan based on market trend and Distributors insight for their understanding of the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan - Coordinate with Sales Event team in organizing successful all rallies, and Distributor trips, Recruitment events to achieve sales targets & motivate Distributor force - Educate, partner & build partnership with high qualified Distributor Leaders in order to support their business development plan - Work with Sales Compliance Team for rules of conduct reinforcement

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
