-Develops and oversee sales plans -Participate in implementation of sales strategies -Anticipates and projects sales forecasts and monitor market trends -Plans and controls annual budgetary activities -Establish customers’ loyalty program to retain and increase clientele’s base -Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability -Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts -Motivates, supervises and appraises staff’s performance in the sales team -Provides guidelines and training to staff in the execution of their duties within the Department -Work closely with marketing on collaboration activities as well as to promote The Link Club initiatives -To set target for sales individual and team target and to ensure targets to be met -Monitoring and supervising SMT & reservation team and to ensure policies and procedures are comply at all times -Establishing annual rate structure that is dynamic for the market in order to meet annual top line budget -Other duties as assigned by General Manager

-Degree in Business Administration / Marketing -At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with 5 years in the serviced apartment development or management environment. -Managerial Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry. -Excellent spoken and written English. -Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel. -Confident, Good organizational & people development sales, Outgoing personality.
