Jobs Description

-Assist Sales Manager in the compilation of relevant monthly, weekly statistical reports. -Systematic and orderly filing of reservation, correspondences and rates. -Keep up to date all tariff and information received from Sales Department and maintain confidentiality. -To keep track of important event dates and peak or closed off dates. -Assist in the review of work and procedures in reservation by recommending changes to improve quality of work. -Review and check all reservation taken daily at end of shift before filing. -Assures that all reservations taken are properly input into the computer. -Reply, confirm and process all requests for reservations according to established procedures. -Keep Sales informed of rooms available for sale and developments. -Assist Sales Manager in being aware of occupancy of the company and market. -Ensure all necessary stock of forms are always readily available. -Report daily no show and cancellation to Sales Manager. -Ensure that all information is taken correctly and noted in reservation form. -To pay special attention to requests and entitled benefits and input in trace file. -Ensure “complimentary orders” are signed by General Manager or representative. -Disseminate the necessary information to the relevant departments. -Ensure to strictly follow the company’s standards on credit. -To accept and do sales via the telephone and occasionally visit the customer. -Other works as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

-Diploma in Sales & Marketing or degree in English -At least 1 years of experience in the relevant field or a similar capacity in hospitality industry -Must be detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, adhere to deadlines, fast learner, and perform well in stressful situations. Must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and with good knowledge on MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point programs.
