** The responsibilities are: - Verifies that the requisition form are properly signed by the authorized persons of each department and cost control. - Ensures that there are enough quantities for operation and there is no item brand changes without approval. - Checks all variations of store items. - Supplies the consumption of store items by department and every month with loss by category. - Controls all inventories appearing on the balance sheet of the hotel including food, beverage, and others. - Makes sure all necessary information is advised to Financial Controller immediately. - Keeps cleanliness of store areas.
