- Supervise and monitor work at site. - Survey and do the site actual drawing. - Keep track of the project schedule. - Make sure each phase of the work at site is completed as per approved drawing and specification. - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of manpower. - Prepare report of sub-contractors. - Control site inventory and keep track of the movement of the material. - Address the issues with sub-contractors. - Follow up sub-contractors’ work. - Perform other tasks given by Project Manager and/or Site Manager.
