- Manage overall operations of the restaurant and work closely with Head Chef, Service Crews, Bartender, Barista and other departments. Also getting involve in serving when necessary. - Trains, coaches and coordinate new hiring staffs. - Assists in taking inventory and purchasing supplies. - Have a full responsibility for job hiring, promotion, discipline. - Maintaining sanitation standard in all areas including kitchen, beverage preparation area, monitoring and introducing safety environment. - Handling of all guest complaints and to ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience. - Involving in analyzing, suggestion, planning and yearly budgeting, as well as doing the daily and monthly report as guided. - Other Duties as necessary.

- Associate Degree or any other equivalent certificate program related to Food and Beverage Industry is recommended - Able to demonstrate a good written and verbal communication in English. - Able to use computer and other computer program such as Microsoft word, excel and outlook. Work Experience: - Minimum of 2-3 years experienced as Restaurant Manager - Have a good knowledge of Wine and Western Food Other Requirements: - Leadership skill, high commitment and confident. - Honesty, hardworking and flexibility, being able to work under pressure and as a team. - Passionate in food and good creativity.
