- Opening and closing of the gaming tables. - Responsible towards the pit being assigned for the day. - Roll over / Change over - Rendered the highest standard of service to the players. - Update the shift manager on duty regarding the pit operation. - Inform the shift manager and surveillance of any heavy action tables. - Inform the shift manager and surveillance should there be any scam activities or suspicious behavior from players. - Settlements of disputes up to the given limit. - Implementations of house rules, policies and procedures. - To lead the staff to be more productive and efficient. - Schedule dealer allotment and rotation. - Appraisals for dealers and DI. - Monitor heavy action tables. - Report scam if any. - Ensure dealers follow procedures and gaming rules.

- At least 3-5 years management experience in casino - Ideal candidates will possess a bachelors or master degree in institutions; management, hospitality services, business administration or other related fields. - Excellent command of English/ Chinese - Good casino management skills - High energy individual who can motivate staff and create business momentum - Good computer literacy, Internet and e-mail (be able to use room Master is preferred) - Guest complaint and problems solving skill - Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest, high responsibility and be able to work well in a team. - Oversees all aspects of the casino operations. - Must possess good leadership skills, and be able to motivate and discipline other members of the staff - Ensuring security is effective; - Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations. - Able to meet the changing demands of the casino and handle pressure effectively - Planning work schedules for individuals and teams; - Inspect casino to gather information and monitor surroundings and decide what needs to be done.  - Patience, self-motivated and creativity are also essential skills.
