Jobs Description

- Organize all the document systems in the hotel - efficiently and effectively Contact with the customers - Provides prompt, accurate and thorough information and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to owner to keep it informed of the hotel’s performance.  - Ensure all processes within team are documented, understood, are regularly review & update to reflect changes in operational activities and drive process improvements - Develops a sound institutional operational system including financial, operational, personnel and other policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure optimum performance and risk management

Jobs Requirement

- At least 3-5 years management experience in hotel - Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor or master degree in institutions; management, hospitality services, business administration or other related fields. - Excellent command of English - Good hotel management skills - Strong leadership capabilities - High energy individual who can motivate staff and create business momentum - Good computer literacy, Internet and e-mail (be able to use room Master is preferred) - Guest complaint and problems solving skill - Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest, high responsibility and be able to work well in a team. - Oversees all aspects of the hotel operations including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building, and staff development - Must possess good leadership skills, and be able to motivate and discipline other members of the staff - Ensuring security is effective; - Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations. - Able to meet the changing demands of the hotel and handle pressure effectively - Planning work schedules for individuals and teams; - Inspect hotels to gather information and monitor surroundings and decide what needs to be done.  - Patience, self-motivated and creativity are also essential skills.
